About time I did some more drawings for Electrospastic...

I said I wasn't going to introduce any more characters, but I recently re-thought the story and needed to include this guy as he will be very important to the storyline. He is Acie's twin brother, Lewis.

I've decided to change Acie's powers slightly to make things more interesting. Rather than her simply having the ability to summon any object to battle for a limited time, Acie can summon any object IN HER POSSESSION to her hand at any time during an Electrobattle, but only one at a time. This means that in order to be a good Electrobattler, Acie needs to go shopping for weapons that can help her boost her chances.

Being Acie's twin, Lewis has the exact same power as her, however, he's much more skilled than her, also having the power to lift his posessions as if they weighed only a quarter of their original weight.

The Florentine family really didn't get along very well, which is why it was such a surprise when Acie inherited all the money. It was a shock that SHE was the one who inherited the money, after all, Max Florentine seemed more likely to pass his fortune onto Lewis.

Perhaps it was because Lewis had always ignored the family's hotel chain, preferring to take his talents into motocross. His intention, once he inherited the fortune, was to sell the Florentine hotels and make Florentine motorbikes instead. Acie's uncle must have found out about Lewis's plans and as a result, wrote Acie into his will instead.

Acie has never really known her brother as they were raised seperately. When she finally meets him in person, she gets a bad feeling about him, as his manner towards her is cold as ice. Her suspicions are confirmed when he distracts Pepi with an errand and then forces her into an Electrobattle with the family fortune as the prize. Having never engaged in a proper fight before, Acie has no idea of her abilites and is amost sure to lose. Luckilly, she is saved by Pepi, who returns in the nick of time and takes over the fight. Lewis leaves half way through the battle with Pepi for some reason, but not before he proves his uncanny skill at using a motorbike as a melee weapon.

So yeah. Besides Claudia, the main villain in Electrospastic is Lewis, who is obviously after the family fortune. He is much more of a threat to Acie, even after she realises her abilities, because Claudia just wants to show Acie up. Lewis wants her fortune and will do anything to get it. His skill is also so great that even Pepi cannot protect Acie every time.

The differences between the siblings: Acie learns to use many different items to fight, especially guns and household items, whereas Lewis has...a heavilly modified kill machine on wheels that he can call to his hand in an instant.

*The motorbike thing is only PARTIALLY inspired by Devil May Cry 3. While Dante may have used a motorbike in a cutscene briefly, he was engaging in aerial combat using BMX moves. Lewis's bike is modified for offensive use on the ground, having handles on it that allow for it to be gripped. It has various weapons and projectiles installed that allow for it to be used as a flamethrower, a cannon, a missile launcher etc. Unlike the motorbike in DMC3, this one DOES NOT EXPLODE after use! The inspiration mainly came from a mental image I had after I was really tired and imagining little cats holding big things. I got up to Hello Kitty uprooting the Eifell tower and just had to stop.*
